("Flagship Leads," "we," "us," or "our") at www.flagship-leads.com, you ("Agent," "Buyer," or "Partner") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Description of Service Flagship Leads provides a proprietary lead routing infrastructure that connects licensed insurance professionals with consumers seeking private health coverage or related products. We are a marketing and technology company, not an insurance agency, carrier, or broker.
True Data Ownership & Exclusivity We pride ourselves on data transparency. When you purchase a lead from Flagship Leads, you are purchasing an exclusive, real-time inquiry.
Zero Resale Guarantee: We guarantee that the specific lead instance delivered to you will never be resold by us to another agent as part of your delivery.
Consumer Action Disclaimer: Your purchase grants you ownership of the specific inquiry instance (tracked via TrustedForm, Jornaya, or similar compliance tokens). However, we cannot control consumer behavior. We are not responsible if the consumer independently submits their information to a third-party website, competitor, or fills out a separate form at a later date.
Lead Delivery & Routing
State Requirements: To ensure consistent lead flow and campaign optimization, buyers may be required to select a minimum number of licensed states (e.g., 5 states) for routing.
Delivery Timeframes: Leads are generated in real-time based on active consumer search volume. We do not guarantee a specific volume of leads per day or a specific timeframe for order fulfillment.
Agent Compliance & TCPA Responsibilities You are solely responsible for how you contact the leads provided. By using our service, you agree to:
Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, and all applicable federal and state telemarketing laws.
Ensure you hold the appropriate, active insurance licenses in the states where you receive leads.
Assume all legal liability arising from your communication with the provided leads. Flagship Leads is not liable for any claims, fines, or damages resulting from your outreach practices.
6. Refunds & Replacements All sales are final. Because leads are delivered in real-time and represent a hard advertising cost, we do not offer monetary refunds. We may, at our sole discretion, offer lead replacements for inquiries that contain disconnected phone numbers or blatantly fraudulent contact information, provided the request is submitted within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability Flagship Leads makes no guarantees regarding the close rate, conversion rate, or profitability of the leads provided. In no event shall Flagship Media Group be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
Mobile / SMS Messaging Terms
1. Program Description: Flagship Media Group Inc. (DBA Flagship Leads) provides real-time, OTP-verified health insurance leads. When you opt-in to our service, you can expect to receive messages regarding new lead arrivals, account balance updates, and support-related notifications.
2. Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 877-313-9939. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your lead volume and account activity; message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
